Mix and spread on cookie sheet with sides.
Mixture will be thick.
Spread with spatula to wafer thin thickness.
Pour egg white, unbeaten on mixture.
Spread with fingers; pour off excess. Sprinkle 1 cup pecans over top. Bake at 300Β° for 40 minutes.
Cut while hot.
