Pecan Coffee Cake
Pecan Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, 4 eggs, 1/3 c. oil and 2/3 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a mixing bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9X13 pan.
Combine pecans, sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over batter.
Cut through with a knife to swirl.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
In a small bowl combine powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth.
Drizzle over warm coffeecake.
