Pecan Cocoons
Pecan Cocoons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat butter or margarine until lemon colored.
Then add other ingredients gradually.
Roll into cocoon shapes and place on cookie sheet.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
While they are still hot, roll in powdered sugar.
Yields about 3 dozen.
