Pecan Clusters
Pecan Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. pet evaporated milk, 1 tbsp. corn syrup, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put sugar, evaporated milk and corn syrup into a heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until mixture boils and is bubbly all over top.
Boil and stir over medium heat 2 minutes more. Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate morsels until completely melted.
Stir in pecans.
Drop with 2 teaspoons on wax paper. Chill until set.
Makes 24.
