Pecan Clusters
Pecan Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg white until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla. With spoon, fold in pecans.
With spoon, drop on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 275Β° for 30 minutes.
Let cool and remove.
