Pecan Chicken
Pecan Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts (bone in), 2 c. bisquick/recipease, 2 tsp. poultry seasoning, 2 small bags pecans, chopped and salt to taste (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Foil line 9 x 13-inch pan; this helps in cleanup.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Pour milk in bowl large enough for chicken to fit in; set aside.
Mix all other ingredients, except chicken, in large Ziploc.
Dip chicken in milk, then shake in bag.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
