Pecan Chicken
Pecan Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1 1/4 lb.), 1/2 c. italian dressing (any kind), 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1/4 margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place chicken in shallow dish or plastic bag.
Pour dressing over chicken. Cover.
Marinate chicken in refrigerator 1 to 8 hours. Drain.
Dip chicken in combined bread crumbs and pecans. Press to coat.
Cook chicken in margarine in large skillet over medium heat, 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until tender.
