Pecan Chess Pie
Pecan Chess Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 stick oleo, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1 unbaked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt oleo and add sugar.
Beat in eggs, milk, cornmeal, vinegar and vanilla.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into shell and bake at 375Β° about 20 to 30 minutes.
Pie is done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Turn oven off and let pie completely cool in oven (overnight is best).
