Pecan Caramel Popcorn
Pecan Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 c. popped corn, 5 c. pecan halves (or any nuts), 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar and 1 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix popcorn and nuts in large baking pan.
In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar and corn syrup.
Bring to a boil.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and baking soda.
Pour over popcorn and nuts.
Stir well.
Bake in preheated 250Β° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Makes 5 quarts.
