Pecan Cake
Pecan Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 2 c. sugar, 6 whole eggs, separated, 2 tsp. nutmeg and 2 c. flour (1/2 c. on fruit), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream butter and sugar; add well beaten egg yolks.
Cut fruit in chunks and roll in 1/2 cup of flour.
Add the flour to sugar and egg yolks and mix well.
Add all other ingredients and mix well. Beat egg whites stiff and add to mix last.
Bake in 275Β° oven for about 3 hours.
