Pecan Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. sifted plain flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. butter, 6 eggs, separated and 1 tsp. soda in whiskey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks.
Pour in whiskey slowly.
Add flour alternately.
Pour all this over fruit covered with flour.
Add nuts.
Fold in egg whites that are beaten until stiff.
Bake 1 hour at 200° and then 2 hours at 250°.
