Pecan Cake
Pecan Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. pancake mix, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/4 c. pecans, finely ground in blender and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream sugar and eggs.
Add pancake mix and baking powder, then ground pecans.
