Pecan Brittle
Pecan Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. karo syrup, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. water, 2 1/2 c. pecans and 1 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix sugar and syrup; boil 5 minutes.
Add nuts and boil 5 minutes.
Add soda and stir well.
Pour in buttered pan.
Cut in squares.
