Pecan Balls
Pecan Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 tbsp. powdered sugar, 1/2 lb. butter or oleo, 2 c. sifted flour, 2 1/2 c. ground pecans and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar and oleo; gradually add sifted flour.
Stir in pecans, vanilla and nutmeg.
Shape into size of pecan in palm of hand.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 325° for 20 minutes or until done, not brown.
When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
I cook these slower than 325°.
Use lots of powdered sugar to roll them in.
