Pecan Balls
Pecan Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter flavor crisco, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven at 325°.
Combine butter Crisco, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Combine flour, oats and salt into mixture.
Round teaspoon of mixture into balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 325° for 15 to 18 minutes or until bottoms are light golden brown.
Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet.
Roll in sugar while warm.
Cool completely on cooling rack.
Re-roll in sugar.
Makes about 4 dozen.
