Pecan Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sifted flour, 1/2 c. soft butter or margarine, 1 c. finely chopped pecans, 2 tbsp. granulated sugar and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar.
Mix until well blended.
Refrigerate.
Heat oven to 375Β°. Roll dough into 1 1/4-inch balls.
Place on ungreased sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Let stand 1 minute before removing from rack.
Cool slightly.
Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
Reroll before serving.
