Peasant's Fare
Peasant'S Fare is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. kielbasa, linquica or polish sausage, browned and drained, 1 large cabbage, chopped, 1 large jar prego or ragu sauce, garlic to taste and pinch of basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix cabbage, Ragu/Prego and seasonings in large soup pot.
Add sauteed and drained meat seasonings.
Simmer as long as possible (at least 1 hour).
Serve with corn bread or Italian bread.
