Pear Soufflé
Pear Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 egg whites (at room temperature), 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, dash of salt and 2 (7 1/4 oz.) jars junior pears (baby food), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375°.
In large bowl of mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until foamy.
Add sugar, vanilla and salt.
Beat until egg whites stand in stiff, glossy peaks.
With rubber spatula, fold in pears.
Pour in 1 1/2-quart soufflé dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until puffed and browned.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
Serve immediately.
Serves 6.
