Pear Salad
Pear Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 large can pears, drained (reserve juice), 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 c. sugar and 2 enveloped unflavored gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat juice, sugar and lemon juice.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Let cool; add chopped pears and pineapple.
Let jell in refrigerator until firm.
Top with Pear Salad Topping.
