Pear Honey
Pear Honey is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box sure gel, 3 c. pears, peeled and grated, 1 small can of crushed pineapple, 5 1/2 c. sugar (may use splenda) and few drops of yellow food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix pears and pineapples.
Bring to a boil.
Add sure gel. Bring back to a boil.
Add sugar and food coloring.
Boil 5 minutes.
Put in jar and seal.
