Pear Chutney is an impressive dinner. Made with 16 c. chopped pears (8 lb.), 1 1/2 lb. seedless raisins, 1 lb. brown sugar, 3 c. white sugar and 1 1/2 jars ginger marmalade, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put all together in a large pan. Bring to a boil.
Let bubble 20 or 25 minutes. Test to see if pears are done.
