Pear Ambrosia
Pear Ambrosia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 lb. fresh pears, 4 large oranges, 1 lb. coconut (or less), 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 large can pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put pears and oranges, unpeeled, through food chopper.
Be sure to let all the juice go into container too.
Cook until pears are done.
Chop cherries.
Add all other ingredients and cook for 15 minutes.
Pour in hot jars; seal and water process 15 minutes at simmering temperature.
Makes 9 pints.
