Peanut Taffy
Peanut Taffy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. water, 4 tbsp. butter and 2 c. toasted, unsalted, shelled peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put sugar and water in saucepan and boil until the sugar is dissolved and becomes dark and clear.
Add butter.
Stir until butter melts, then boil for 15 minutes or until syrup reaches hard crack stage (325Β°).
Add peanuts.
Stir and remove from heat. Spread candy on buttered baking sheets or press into buttered patty pans.
Cut or break into irregular pieces.
