Peanut Soup
Peanut Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 1/4 c. chopped celery, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 1/4 c. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In top of double boiler, melt margarine.
Add onion and celery.
Saute until tender.
Place over boiling water.
Add creamy peanut butter and flour; blend well.
Stir in beef bouillon and lemon juice.
Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When serving, garnish with chopped peanuts.
