Peanut Pie
Peanut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. peanuts, crushed or ground, 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 1 stick margarine, melted, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, syrup and butter and mix well. Add vanilla; add peanuts.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is firm and brown.
Pie may be soft when shaken gently but will firm as it cools.
