Peanut Patty Candy
Peanut Patty Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. white syrup, 1 c. milk and 2 1/2 to 3 c. raw peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put all ingredients in a large pan.
Cook slowly until it forms a soft ball in water or measures soft ball stage on a candy thermometer.
Take off stove and add 4 teaspoons butter, 2 or 3 drops red food coloring (optional) and 1 cup powdered sugar.
Stir until it begins to thicken real good (which it does quickly). Drop on waxed paper or into buttered muffin pans to cool.
