Peanut Patty
Peanut Patty is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. karo syrup, 1 c. water, 3 to 4 c. peanuts and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put sugar, water and Karo syrup in pan and bring to boil, then add food coloring and peanuts.
When it begins to boil again, cook at medium heat for 40 minutes.
Remove from heat, add margarine and vanilla.
Beat until thick, then spread into patties.
