Peanut Clusters
Peanut Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant), 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 c. salted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except peanuts in saucepan.
Cook and stir to fast rolling boil.
Lower heat and keep stirring, allowing to boil more slowly for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, add peanuts and beat until candy starts to thicken.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
Yield: 24 clusters.
