Peanut Butter Swirl Bars
Peanut Butter Swirl Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter, 1/3 c. softened butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Beat until creamy. Gradually beat in eggs and vanilla.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend in peanut butter mixture.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over surface.
Place in a 350° oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven; run knife through mixture to marbleize.
Bake an additional 30 minutes.
Cool; cut into 2 x 1-inch bars.
Makes 4 dozen.
