Peanut Butter Swirl Bars
Peanut Butter Swirl Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. crunch peanut butter, 1/3 c. softened oleo or margarine, 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 3/4 c. granulated sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine crunch peanut butter, softened oleo, brown sugar (packed) and granulated sugar. Beat until creamy.
Gradually beat in eggs and vanilla.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend into peanut butter mixture.
Spread into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
Place in 350° oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven; run knife blade through to marbleize.
Return to oven; bake 25 minutes more.
Cool and cut into 2 x 1-inch bars. Makes 4 dozen.
