Peanut Butter Squares
Peanut Butter Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 12 squares), 1/2 c. margarine or butter, 1/2 c. peanut butter and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix powdered sugar and cracker crumbs.
Heat margarine and peanut butter over low heat until melted; stir to crumb mixture. Press in ungreased baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
Heat chocolate chips in small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted.
Spread over crumb mixture.
Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes 3 dozen candies.
