Combine syrup and sugar.
Bring to boil.
Add peanut butter. Remove from heat and mix well. Pour over cereal.
Press into 9 x 12-inch pan (greased).
Melt chips in double boiler over low heat. Pour over cereal.
Cut into small squares.
