Peanut Butter Rolls
Peanut Butter Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag confectioners sugar, 3/4 c. peanut butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pour sugar in bowl.
Melt butter and pour into sugar.
Blend well by stirring.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture onto surface that has been dusted with dry confectioners sugar.
Knead about
1 minute.
Flatten dough out.
Put peanut butter on dough.
Spread out.
Roll up into one large roll.
Cut into slices and refrigerate.
