Melt margarine, peanut butter and chocolate chips in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Pour over cereal in a large bowl. Stir gently until coated.
Place confectioners sugar in a large paper bag. Add cereal mix to bag about 1/4 at a time. Shake until coated.
Spread on tray to cool and dry.
Store in airtight container.
