Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled, 1/2 c. extra crunchy peanut butter, powdered sugar, favorite vanilla pie filling from scratch (do not use instant) and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix peanut butter with powdered sugar until "pea size". Sprinkle bottom of pie shell with 3/4 of the mixture.
(Set aside remainder.)
Make pie filling.
Pour over peanut butter mixture in pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle remainder of peanut butter mixture on top of Cool Whip.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
