Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. butter, pinch of salt and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook sugar, butter and salt to soft ball stage.
Add marshmallows and peanut butter before removing from fire.
Do not stir.
Cool to room temperature.
Add vanilla and beat until creamy and thick and will hold it's shape when dropped from teaspoon.
Drop into shallow, buttered pan.
Cut into squares.
