Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. milk, pt. jar marshmallow crème, c. chunky style peanut butter and (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Butter sides of a heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Combine sugar and milk.
Heat and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil.
Then cook to a "soft ball" stage (234°). Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
Pour into buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch glass pan.
Score in squares while warm.
