Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. white sugar, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 1/4 c. white karo syrup, 1/4 tsp. salt and 16 oz. peanut butter chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, milk, syrup and salt.
Cook over medium heat until soft ball stage is reached.
Remove from heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add vanilla, chips and peanut butter. Stir until all are melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour into buttered 9 x 12-inch pan to cool.
Cut when cool.
