Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with cubes (14 oz.) eagle brand chocolate or vanilla-flavored candy coating, (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, of salt, c. peanut butter and c. chopped peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt candy coating with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter, then peanuts and vanilla.
Spread evenly into waxed paper-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Chill 2 hours.
Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
