Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white sugar, 1 c. milk, 2 c. marshmallow crème, 1 (12 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine sugar and milk; bring to a boil.
Stir and cook over medium heat to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Marshmallow Crème, peanut butter, vanilla and few grains of salt. Beat until well blended and spread into a greased 9-inch square pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
Yields about 2 pounds.
