Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with c. sugar, margarine, c. canned cream, (10 oz.) pkg. reese's peanut butter chips and large jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook sugar, margarine and canned cream over low-medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to boil.
Let boil for 5 minutes.
Take off heat and add peanut butter chips and Marshmallow Crème.
Stir, stir and stir.
Pour into a buttered pan.
Makes 6 pounds.
Stir entire time; will scorch easily. Won't harden if rainy!
