Peanut Butter Eggs
Peanut Butter Eggs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. peanut butter, 2 sticks margarine, 1 box confectioners sugar, sifted, 2 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips and 1/2 cake paraffin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream together first 3 ingredients.
Shape into large eggs. Freeze.
Melt chocolate and paraffin in a double boiler.
Dip eggs in chocolate with a large spoon or spatula, until covered with chocolate.
Lift onto wax paper.
Trim excess chocolate when hard. Decorate with favorite decorator icing.
