Peanut Butter Divinity Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. white sugar, 2 tbsp. karo syrup (white), 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1/2 c. water and 1 egg white, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix sugar, syrup, vinegar and water. Cook on high until mixture forms soft ball when dropped in cold water.

Remove from heat and add gradually to beaten egg white (beaten stiff).

Add marshmallow cream, salt and vanilla.

Continue beating until stiff.

Pour onto greased surface.

Roll or pat out. Spread with peanut butter. Roll as jelly roll.

Cut into 3 small rolls and chill in refrigerator.

Slice.

Instead of greased surface you can dust a pastry cloth well with powdered sugar.

Pour divinity out on it.

It makes it easier to handle.
