Peanut Butter Crisps
Peanut Butter Crisps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crunchy peanut butter, 2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. butter, 3 c. rice krispies cereal and 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Melt butter and add to peanut butter.
When blended well, add powdered sugar, then add Rice Krispies.
Mix well and form 1-inch balls.
In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and paraffin. Place dipped chocolate balls on wax paper to cool or you can place dipped balls on a lightly buttered cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator to harden.
