Boil first 4 ingredients together.
Boil hard for 6 minutes. Pour over Marshmallow Crème and peanut butter that have been combined in a large bowl.
Stir to blend thoroughly.
No need to heat.
Pour out on cookie sheet or into two 9 x 13-inch pans.
