Peanut Butter Cake
Peanut Butter Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. nestle's peanut butter morsels, divided, 2 c. gold medal flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt over hot water, 1/2 cup peanut butter morsels.
Stir until smooth.
Set aside.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat until creamy.
Blend in melted morsels. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Alternately blend in flour and milk. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8-inch round pans.
Bake at 350Β° approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from pans.
Fill layers and frost sides and top with Peanut Butter Frosting.
