Peanut Butter Bonbons
Peanut Butter Bonbons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, 3/4 c. margarine or butter, softened, 1 tbsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. salt and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large mixer bowl, beat peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and salt until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then confectioners sugar until smooth.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheets.
Chill until firm.
With fork or wooden pick, dip each into melted candy coating, not coating completely; let excess candy coating drip off.
Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets; let stand or chill until firm.
Store covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
These candies freeze well.
