Peanut Butter Bonbons
Peanut Butter Bonbons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 lb. (4 1/2 c.) sifted powdered sugar, 3 c. crisp rice cereal and 2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In saucepan, melt peanut butter and butter.
In large bowl, combine powdered sugar and cereal.
Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture.
Blend together with hands.
Form into 1/2-inch balls.
Chill until firm.
Melt butterscotch pieces and chocolate pieces in separate double boilers.
Dip half the candies in each coating; swirl tops with back of teaspoon.
Place on waxed paper lined baking sheet.
Chill.
Makes about 100.
