Peanut Butter Balls
Peanut Butter Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. peanut butter, 3 tbsp. margarine, softened, 1 c. sifted powdered sugar and 8 oz. chocolate-flavored confectioners coating or 8 oz. chocolate chips and 1/4 sq. paraffin wax, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Stir together peanut butter and margarine.
Gradually add sugar, stirring until combined (can do this with hands).
Shape into balls and put on waxed paper.
Let stand until dry (about 20 minutes).
Melt chocolate.
Cool slightly.
Dip balls into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Place on waxed paper.
Let stand until coating is dry.
Makes about 30 pieces; can be doubled.
