Peanut Buster Bar
Peanut Buster Bar is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. oreo cookies, crumbled, 1/2 stick oleo, melted, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened, 1 jar fudge topping and 1 pkg. peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Oreo cookies and oleo well and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Over cookie mixture add softened ice cream.
Top ice cream and cookie mixture with fudge topping and peanuts. Freeze. Top with whipped cream before serving if desired.
